Supporting Youth from Vulnerable Communities
For over 28 years, Bayon Education & Development (BED) has been transforming the lives of vulnerable children and youth in the Siem Reap area through education and vocational training.
Cambodia has faced tragic periods, and the education system still faces major challenges: limited access to computers, insufficient English instruction, and little support for struggling students. These inequalities disproportionately affect the poorest children, putting their future at risk.
BED provides concrete opportunities: comprehensive school programs, scholarships, meals, and vocational training in bakery & pastry and agroecology, equipping youth with practical skills and access to sustainable employment. Every year, we help hundreds of young people build a better future.

I graduated in 2022 and I am now the Senior Finance and Administration Officer at Bayon Education & Development. I am proud to be an alumna of Bayon School.
From primary school through the Follow-Up Program, Bayon supported me step by step until I earned my degree in Finance and Banking. The program gave me the technical knowledge, discipline, and confidence to build my career.
