2. Legal Status Bayon Education & Development is an official Non-Governmental Organization duly registered with the Ministry of Interior of the Kingdom of Cambodia under Registration No. 538 SJN.

All donations made to support our programs in Cambodia are voluntary. Depending on your location and preference, your donation will be processed through our official secure partners, HelloAsso or Give.asia. > By making a donation, you also agree to the terms of service and user agreements of the respective platform used. International donors are responsible for checking the tax-deductibility status of their donations according to their local country’s tax laws and the specific regulations of the platform used (e.g., tax receipts issued by HelloAsso for French residents).
