Follow-Up – Supporting Bayon School Students

Our Follow-Up program provides continuous support to Bayon School students enrolled in public and partner schools in Siem Reap and Run Ta Ek, throughout their primary, secondary, and university education.

From Primary to University: Continious Support

Bayon Education & Developement empowers students from primary school through to high school graduation, standing by them as they enter university or vocational training. This structured, long-term follow-up ensures their educational success and fully prepares them to achieve their lifelong goals. True to our commitment to quality education, we offer a program that nurtures not only academic achievement, but also personal development, resilience, and independence throughout their entire journey.

Providing individualized educational, social and financial support from primary school through university.

Operating directly within partner public schools, our team manages the daily monitoring of 406 students across Siem Reap and Run Ta Ek. This on-the-ground presence allows us to track attendance, address difficulties immediately, and guarantee that no student drops out due to financial or social pressure.

To guarantee this continuity, our program deploys concrete actions across four complementary pillars:

Academic & Remedial Support: Individual tutoring and academic support for students in difficulty.

Scholarships & Educational Support: Scholarships (for secondary school and university students) and provision of school supplies, uniforms, hygiene kits, and bicycles according to needs.

Career Guidance & Future Planning : Strengthening in English, computer skills and arts to build confidence and opportunity.

Holistic Support : Because a child cannot learn effectively without health and security, our program integrates full holistic care: balanced meals and personalised medical follow-up, including an annual health check-up.
